CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES |

|
|
|
Invited Lectures are arranged by the Department for the benefit of
the students. Eminent scholars are invited for delivering lectures.
The department has introduced an Add on course on Ethics and Value
Education (in collaboration with some other departments) for all the
students of First Year (Science and Arts) where renowned personalities
from various disciplines are invited as Guest Lecturers. A certificate
is issued from the college at the end of the session.
Students make use of a very good Book-Bank apart from a rich Seminar
Library in the department. The students bring out Wall-Magazines and
also participate in NSS activities like blood-donation camp, traffic
control, visiting S.O.S villages to help orphans and so on. The
college organizes an Annual Function where students of the department
get an opportunity to show their talent in various fields like drama,
music, dance etc. Inter-college and intra-college programmes help
students to interact with others and win prizes.
